TANK CLEANING SYSTEM

SCROLL DOWN

Tank Cleaning System Cannon, Schäfer, Schaefer

SPRAY CANNON

Self-contained, with a cleaning lance, a video camera and a lamp,

our Spray Cannon is mounted from outside the tank through a manhole,

for easy, automated and remote access to the sludge build-up within, which is precisely

diluted by the pressure of the cannon stream and pumped away for

treatment or disposal.

This compact and modular cannon system is configured with a high-pressure

pump, hydraulic unit, heat exchanger and a control room within a single container.

Nitrogen Generator, Schäfer, Schaefer Tank cleaning system

NITROGEN GENERATOR

The system includes an innovative and efficient Nitrogen Generator,

which is used to inject this inert gas in the tank, displacing any volatile atmosphere inside, to make the cleaning process safe at any moment.

The Nitrogen Generator is one of the most innovative features of our system:

the compact and portable design processes the air through a membrane array, resulting in an autonomous and continuous nitrogen source at low cost, with a maximum flow of 950 scfmr (1500 Nm3 / h ) and 95% quality.

Tricanter Schäfer Tank Cleaning System, Schaefer

TRICANTER

The system also includes a  3 phase separation system, Tricanter

which breaks up the residues into solid impurities, water and recoverable product, in a process which guarantees up to 95% recovery, of a product

ready to be re-inserted in the refining process.
